Job Description
Summary of the Role: The Tax Analyst will support the Supervisor in ensuring that the company’s tax compliance and reporting obligations are met including handling BIR audit and participation to ad-hoc advisories and projects.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Ensures compliance with local tax regulations thru accurate preparation and timely submission of returns (monthly, quarterly, annual) and payment of taxes due (DST, EWT, FWT, WTC, VAT, IT).
- Prepare quarterly tax provisions and deferred tax computations for reporting purposes.
- Ensures timely and accurate tax recording and reporting following local GAAP.
- Assists the branches in all tax matters and resolves tax-related issues that may arise from time to time.
- Support Tax Supervisor with special projects and other responsibilities as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Must be a Certified Public Accountant.
