Job Description
As Tax and Compliance Supervisor , you will be responsible for tax compliance and management, statutory reporting, and ensuring the integrity of regulatory filings and contribute directly to transforming energy for a better world. You will work closely with the Finance team and external regulatory bodies to deliver results, create positive community impact, and develop your skills in a supportive, purpose-driven environment.
In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
- Tax Compliance & Reporting: Review monthly, quarterly, and annual tax returns (EWT, VAT, Income Tax) and ensure timely remittance and filing of statutory reports to the BIR, SEC, BOI, and ERC.
- Audit & Inquiry Management: Handle BIR audits and inquiries, and prepare special reports for management regarding the status of tax audits and court cases.
