Our client is a manufacturer of household cleaning supplies and other consumer chemicals.
Scope of work
Checking WHT and VAT documents with reports and identifying discrepancies.Preparing the WHT and VAT returns for online submission and additional submission.Issuing WHT certificates for customers/vendors.Checking and approving employee T&E claims via Concur system according to company policy and tax law against supporting documents.Compiling tax and accounting documents and following up on the missing documents.Controlling for all files /documents in the third-party storage (Subsrithai) Other assistance.Assisting the Finance team to create Purchase orders and scan documents to Datacap for invoice posting and payment processing according to P2P policy.Preparing monthly reconciliation of tax GL with supporting documents.Liaising with the company’s vendors and sharing service team on issues r...
