Oxford Solutions is working with a law firm client seeking a Mid-Level Tax Associate Attorney to join its transactional tax practice. This is a direct hire, onsite opportunity with flexibility to work from offices located in Pittsburgh, PA; Charlotte, NC; or New York, NY.
This role is ideal for an attorney with 3 to 5 years of experience in a large law firm or highly regarded tax practice who focuses on the tax structuring of complex business transactions. The position centers on transactional tax matters rather than tax controversy or litigation.
Responsibilities:
- Advise clients on the tax aspects of mergers, acquisitions, private equity transactions, and financing arrangements
- Draft, review, and negotiate tax provisions in merger agreements, stock purchase agreements, asset purchase agreements, and related transaction documents
