Job Description
Responsibilities
- Assist in processing Tax Documents (1601E,1601EQ, 1601C, 2550M & Q, 1702/Q and DST Filing and other applicable BIR Form including Data Relief and Alpha list)
- Assist in Preparing, Audit and Review Monthly & Quarterly tax returns.
- Prepares Income Tax Annualization and BIR Form 2316 including resigned Employees
- Prepares weekly BIR Form 2307 for all the suppliers.
- Assisting the Tax Accountant to prepare yearly documents for Audited Financial Statements
- Assisting to prepare and comply documents for BIR audit (LOA) and SEC requirements.
- Check the Sales Invoices for its Completeness
- Collect and consolidate Invoices (OR) and review its completeness (Invoices related to Sales and Account Receivables)
- Assist in Processing of Business Permits (including renewals), and other Legal Documents.
