Job Description
Responsibilities
- Develop the company’s tax strategy to ensure compliance and optimize tax efficiency
- Lead and oversee all tax-related activities including PPN, PPh, tax planning, and audit
- Supervise timely tax reporting and payments for monthly and annual obligations across all entities
- Review transfer pricing documentation and master file for all entities
- Manage tax risks and maintain relationships with tax authorities
- Review and approve tax-to-financial report equalization/reconciliation
- Engage with external tax consultants and provide direction on complex or high-risk tax matters
- Lead and develop tax operation & litigation team
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Taxation, or Law
