The Montréal Office of McCarthy Tétrault LLP is seeking a highly-motivated associate to join our Tax Practice Group, specifically in tax planning and mergers, acquisitions and corporate reorganizations. McCarthy Tétrault's tax group is currently undergoing significant expansion and would be a great opportunity for an ambitious candidate.
The candidate must be a member in good standing of the Barreau du Québec or another Canadian Bar and have between 3-5 years of experience in tax.
The candidate must have a superior academic and professional record and be able to communicate efficiently in English and French, both spoken and written.
