Role Overview: We are seeking Mid-Level Tax Litigation Lawyer (4–8 years of experience) to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will:
- Represent clients in all stages of tax disputes and litigation, from initial CRA audits through to appeals and Tax Court / Federal Court.
- Conduct legal research, draft pleadings and submissions, and appear before Tax Court / Federal Court, where appropriate.
- Provide strategic advice to clients on complex tax matters, working closely with senior team members or leading teams (depending on your level). <...
