Key Responsibilities:
• Lead junior associates in tax dispute resolutions
• Draft notices of objection for tax authorities
• Manage court appeals and judicial reviews
• Provide legal opinions on tax transaction consequences
• Implement client acquisition strategies for growth
Requirements:
• Minimum of 5 years of tax litigation experience
• Strong understanding of Canadian tax systems
• Member of the provincial Law Society in good standing
