We are recruiting a Tax Manager (LATAM) on behalf of our client (a leading fintech partner enabling the world’s largest digital enterprises to connect seamlessly with millions of consumers in emerging markets).

Responsibilities- Manage end-to-end statutory tax obligations and filings across a diverse LATAM portfolio.
- Lead and mentor a regional team of 3+ reports, providing structure to high-performing seniors.
- Your team will be based across Mexico, Chile, Argentina, Paraguay, Uruguay, Peru, Colombia, and Ecuador.
- Oversee high-stakes VAT recovery and reimbursement for transaction-based taxes.
- Supervise BPO partners to ensure technical consistency, quality, and audit readiness.
