Job Description:
- Lead and manage the company’s overall tax function to ensure compliance with applicable tax regulations and minimize tax risks and penalties.
- Develop and implement effective tax strategies to support business operations and optimize tax efficiency.
- Review and ensure the accuracy and timeliness of tax calculations, withholding, payments, and tax reporting.
- Monitor and evaluate tax processes, policies, and SOP implementation to ensure strong internal control and regulatory compliance.
- Stay updated on tax regulation changes and ensure proper implementation within the company.
- Coordinate with internal departments, external auditors, tax consultants, and tax authorities regarding tax audits, reviews, and other tax-related matters.
- Review tax reports and provide insights and recommendations to management regarding tax risks and opportunities.
