Job Description
- Full ownership of indirect tax (VAT) compliance in Mexico
- Manage tax reporting, reconciliations, and financial alignment
- Provide advisory and business support on import/export transactions
- Ensure compliance with key tax controls and risk management practices
- Coordinate with global tax teams and external advisors
- Support tax audits and litigation exposure handling
- Lead and manage local tax team members
- Drive proactive problem-solving in a dynamic environment
Global exposure in a dynamic tax leadership roleHigh-impact position with growth in multinational structure
- Strong expertise in Mexican indirect taxes (IMMEX, import/export)
- Advanced English (global reporting exposure)
- Solid SAP experience
- 6-8+ years of relevant experience in tax
- Background in manufacturing, FMCG, pharma, or tax advisory firms
