Tax Specialist (Tax Reporting/ Tax M&A) (m/f/d)


What you can look forward to as Tax Specialist (m/f/d): 

  • Develop, define and monitor changes required from tax and transfer pricing perspective to global forecasting process in order to standardize legal entity planning
    ensure alignment between corporate planning/forecasting and transfer pricing set up

  • Manage carve outs and M&A projects, with focus on planning/forecasting and structuring of transaction relevant data

  • Provide advice to subsidiary valuation process

  • Conduct tax technical research and prepare expert opinions related to tax structuring and international taxes

  • Cooperation/Coordination with corporate and regional functions within the organization
