Join URUS as their Tax Strategy Director and lead the development of innovative global tax strategies. Ensure compliance while driving effective risk management across all jurisdictions.
This role is designed for a strategic thinker with over a decade of Corporate and International Tax experience. You will collaborate closely with the SVP of Finance & Control as well as other senior leaders to integrate tax considerations into the overall business strategy and drive the tax team’s success.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead global tax strategy and planning efforts
• Implement tax compliance processes and policies
• Supervise tax risk management frameworks
• Prepare and review global tax provisions
• Serve as an advisor to CFO and senior executives
Requirements:
• Bachelors/Masters Degree in a relevant field
• Advanced credentials (CPA, JD/LLM in Taxation)
• Minimum 12 years of relevant experience
