We are looking for an experienced and strategic Tax, Accounting Manager to lead tax compliance, audit management, and regulatory requirements for U-BIX Corporation and its affiliates. This role is ideal for a highly analytical and organized leader who can strengthen tax processes, ensure compliance, and drive operational excellence across multiple entities.
Responsibilities
- Lead tax planning, compliance, and reporting for the entire group.
- Recommend tax‑saving strategies and ensure accurate, timely tax payments.
- Review ITRs, tax disclosures, annual regulatory filings, and CWT completeness.
- Manage BIR audits, LOAs, tax dockets, and required schedules.
- Coordinate with internal teams, auditors, and legal counsel for tax matters.
- Lead the implementation and monitoring of Einvoicing systems.
