Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Manage patient appointments
- Dispense medication and assist in certain treatments eg cupping, scraping or physiotherapy
- Maintain good hygiene and daily disinfection and cleaning of clinic
- Ensure compliance to MOH and TCMPB rules and regulations
- Work conscientiously and responsibly
- Treat patients with care, respect and patience
- Team player, good interpersonal skills
- Good communication and customer service skills with willingness to learn new skills
- Basic computer/Microsoft skills
- Chinese required in reading medicine names
