- ✔ Manage software licenses, entitlements, and vendor agreements
- ✔ Analyze software usage data and provide optimization recommendations
- ✔ Support software audits and ensure license compliance
- ✔ Handle software requests, renewals, and procurement activities
- ✔ Prepare management reports, dashboards, and licensing insights
- ✔ Collaborate with IT, Procurement, Vendors, and Business Stakeholders
- ✔ Maintain software asset records and support ITAM processes
