- Provide administrative support to the teachers on a project basis.
- Provide administrative support to Heads of Department.
- Provide administrative support for school programmes, school events, and examination processes.
- Print worksheets, teaching materials, and examination papers.
- Assist in the creation and organization of teaching resources.
- Manage the collection, distribution, and inventory of teachers’ resources.
- Stock‑taking, packing and maintaining resources in special rooms.
- Ensuring the cleanliness and upkeep of special rooms.
- Carry out any other duties as assigned by the school.
- Minimum educational qualification of a Singapore‑Cambridge General Certificate of Education (GCE) Ordinary Level, with at least three GCE ‘O’ Level passes or equivalent.
