Job Description
Manor Abbey School is a provision for Key Stage 3 and 4 pupils with an EHCP for Social, Emotional and Mental Health Difficulties.
The new school opened in Abbey Hulton, Stoke on Trent in September 2024. There was an initial intake of 30 pupils in year 7 and 8 and the school will progressively fill over 4 years until it reaches its capacity of 70 places.
Due to an increase in pupil numbers, we are looking for an inspiring and imaginative teacher of Art who is able to adapt their style of teaching to ensure that learning is fun, practical and creative. The successful candidate would need to be able to demonstrate they can meet the needs of secondary aged children who have experienced difficulty in accessing mainstream education.
