At John Smeaton Academy, we are looking for an inspirational Teacher of Girls’ PE who shares our ambition, values and commitment to ensuring all students succeed.
Responsibilities
- Teach and inspire girls across Key Stages 3 and 4, helping them to reach their full potential in Physical Education.
- Work in the new Fitness Suite and deliver lessons at the John Smeaton Leisure Centre.
- Collaborate with a department that values high expectations, strong relationships and excellent outcomes for students.
Qualifications
- Be either
- A trainee teacher successfully completing placement(s) teaching at KS3 & KS4 (applicants currently in training).
- Or a colleague with a successful record of teaching, strong examination results at one or more of KS3 & KS4 and who has already gained Qualified Teacher Status.
