Job Description

XCL World Academy has a vacancy available for a Teacher Partner role who will provide classroom support for students in the Primary Years. This is a contract position starting from August 2026 to July 2028.

Main Responsibilities

  • Directly work with students supporting the teachers daily with the educational programme and leading classroom duties such as assisting with homework, organising folders, notifying parents of updates of students, and assisting students during activities and breaks.

  • Able to support the students with reading, writing, listening, and speaking.

  • Manage and interact with children in a positive and supportive manner and assist in the execution of instructional plans by supporting children individually or in groups in the classroom.

  • Pick up and drop off students with class teachers for lessons, to the library, cafeteria, bus bay, nurse station, or other facilities.
