Job Description
The teaching assistant will assist the Classroom teacher in daily activities and handling of the class. She will implement learning experiences that advance the intellectual emotional social and physical development of the children within a safe and healthy learning environment and assist children in feeding and toileting and making sure the need of each individual child is met.
Responsibilities
- Ensure a high standard of physical emotional social and intellectual care for the children.
- Support childrens physical socio-emotional and language development through diverse activities and supervision.
- Ensure the safety of children at all times.
- Follow the nursery policies particularly the policies regarding safeguarding and positive behavior management.
