Role: Teaching Assistant
Location: M30
Pay: £14.25 to £16.65 per hour
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 3:30pm (Full-time, long-term)

Reeson Education are seeking a passionate and resilient Teaching Assistant to join an Alternative Provision and SEN school in the M30 area. This Teaching Assistant role offers the opportunity to make a real difference to pupils with SEMH, ASD, ADHD, MLD, SLD, global delay, and other complex needs. The setting caters for pupils from primary through to secondary age, so the right Teaching Assistant will be adaptable and confident supporting a wide range of learners.
As a Teaching Assistant, you will be:
Providing one-to-one support to pupils with SEMH and other needs
Leading small group interventions as a Teaching Assistant
Offering class support as well as targeted work outside of the classroom
Supporting pupils across different areas and provisions within the school
