About the role As a teaching Assistant you will be working closely with class teachers and support staff, you will help pupils access their learning, build confidence and support their communication and behavioural needs. Your day-to-day responsibilities may include supporting small groups and individual pupils, assisting with classroom activities, promoting positive behaviour and contributing to a calm, nurturing learning environment.
