Monarch Education is working with a primary school in Erdington looking to appoint a full-time SEND Teaching Assistant.
The role involves supporting pupils with additional needs on a one-to-one and small group basis. You will be working with children with a range of SEND including autism, ADHD and SEMH, helping them access learning and stay engaged in the classroom. You will support the teacher with delivering lessons, adapting activities where needed and maintaining a structured and positive learning environment.
