A welcoming and inclusive SEN school in Kingston is seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant to join their Post-16 provision, supporting students aged 16+ with Profound and Multiple Learning Disabilities (PMLD).
About the Role:
* Supporting students aged 16–19 with PMLD and complex needs
* Assisting with personal care, communication, sensory activities, and life skills
* Working closely with class teachers and therapists to deliver tailored support
* Promoting independence and inclusion in a calm, nurturing environment
The Ideal Candidate:
* Experience supporting individuals with PMLD, complex needs, or similar
* Comfortable with personal care and manual handling (training can be provided)
