Teaching Assistant – Maths Specialist
Full-time, starting ASAP, on a temp-perm basis
A nurturing secondary school in Tameside is seeking a full-time Teaching Assistant with a specialism in maths. This role would be ideal for someone considering teacher training, a recent maths graduate or an experienced TA with a A*-C in A-level in Maths.
You will provide support for learners across KS3 and 4, predominantly in maths lessons. This is a full-time role and will become a permanent role for the right candidate.
Standards are high and the young people in the school are supported from day one with a uniform approach by teachers and support staff, and a calm, positive environment is noticed from the moment you enter the school.
