Teaching Assistant

Hours: 8:30am - 3:30pm
Contract: Monday - Friday, long-term temp to perm.Long Term Futures are looking for a confident and proactive Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming primary school in Redditch.
This role is based within a Year 5 classroom, where you will support pupils through a mixture of small group interventions, classroom support and behaviour management strategies. The class includes a small number of pupils with SEN, so the school is looking for someone who is patient, adaptable and confident supporting children who may need extra encouragement and structure throughout the school day.
