Full‑Time Teaching Assistant - Year 5 & 6 (Long Term)
Location: Stafford
Start Date: May Half Term
Contract: Full‑time, long‑term
About the Role
- Support teaching and learning across Year 5 and Year 6.
- Deliver targeted small‑group interventions and 1:1 support, including SATs preparation.
- Assist with core subjects such as reading, writing, and maths.
- Help maintain a focused, positive, and well‑organised classroom environment.
- Support behaviour management, classroom routines, and wider school activities.
About You
- Has experience working with KS2 pupils, ideally in upper KS2.
- Is confident supporting learning in Years 5 and 6.
- Communicates clearly and builds strong, positive relationships with pupils and staff.
- Shows resilience, enthusiasm, and a proactive approach to supporting learning.
