Job Title: Secondary School Teaching Assistant (Autism Base) An exciting opportunity has arisen to work in one of Swindon's secondary schools within their dedicated Autism Base. We are seeking a proactive, friendly, and supportive Teaching Assistant to work closely with students with autism, helping them access learning, develop confidence, and thrive within the school environment. You will provide support both within the Autism Base and, where appropriate, in mainstream classroom settings, working alongside teachers and other support staff to meet students' individual needs. The role involves building positive relationships, promoting independence, and helping students develop their social, emotional, and academic skills.
