About this Role
This role supports students with Special Educational Needs in the classroom. Duties include facilitating emotional regulation, working with students on the autistic spectrum, and assisting those with lower literacy and numeracy to access the curriculum.
Key responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver targeted support in subject areas.
- Collaborate with teachers, specialist staff and parents.
- Monitor progress and report to the SEN team.
- Maintain a respectful and inclusive learning environment.
