Protocol Education are currently recruiting teaching assistants to work in an outstanding school in Merton to start ASAP. This school offers teaching assistants the opportunity to work with all ages such as early years, primary and secondary students and will provide training throughout the role. The school is looking for individuals who enjoy working with children of all ages, are comfortable working with special needs, and are passionate about making a positive impact in students learning and development. No experience is required, but commitment, passion and dedication are key attributes the school is looking for. As a teaching assistant you will be working in small class sizes of 6‑8 students per class, following a set curriculum developing speech & language, teaching vocabulary and comprehension through visual resources, supporting students in core subjects such as numeracy and literacy, and assisting in creative lessons such as art, music, cooking and sensory play.
