We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join supportive secondary schools in Wiltshire. This is a rewarding opportunity to work with young people across Key Stages 3 and 4, helping them thrive both academically and personally.
Key Responsibilities
Support teachers in planning and delivering lessons, preparing materials, and setting up learning environments.
Work with individuals or small groups of students, supporting their learning, reinforcing key concepts, and helping them stay engaged
Assist students with special educational needs or additional learning needs, implementing agreed strategies under the direction of teachers or SENDCo.
Monitor students’ progress, maintain records, and feedback observations to teachers to support assessment and planning.
