An opportunity to support within a compact yet hugely successful private equity business based in Green Park. This is a fast-paced, high stakes and often intense operating environment with the team working on some of the most complex transactions in Europe and beyond. Exposure to international financial services will be essential, ideally some of which will have been gained in a boutique or start-up environment.
Day-to-day you will be involved in:
Dynamic calendar management for the investment team, working ahead to resolve conflicts and logistical challenges Coordinating and preparing for meetings, calls and VCs across time zones Planning and executing all international travel and visa arrangements including ground transport and accommodation Managing multi-currency expenses in line with company policy Office management tasks including ordering of supplies, meeting room arrangements and organising catering where required Providi...
