Key KPI’s are the following, but are not limited to these alone:
- Receive job cards and understand task instructions before beginning any work
- Collect and prepare materials such as rubber, flanges, polyhouse, wires, and mandrels
- Assist with loading rubber onto mandrels and preparing materials for production
- Measure mandrels and hoses accurately using tape and OD tape
- Assist the machine leader during the pipe‑building process or conduct independent tasks when required
- Paint flanges and record product specifications
- Help the team leader ensure availability of consumables, tools, and materials
- Ensure cleanliness and assist in maintaining housekeeping standards
- Follow all safety procedures when using tools and moving materials
- Participate in hose finishing, poking, tightening, and related production activities
