Description

Responsible for coordinating route plans and allocating resources.

Obtain and coordinate route plans with the Regional Route Planner daily. Confirm that the sufficient number of staff are allocated to specific routes and assign daily route plans to pre-planned operations. Perform final check relating to run routes in accordance with SOPs/GIs before any departure and elevate any discrepancies to the HOD: Logistics. Submit daily Logistics resource plans to the HOD according to designated timelines and obtain approval. Schedule the employees on applicable system ensuring optimisation of resources and rotation of resources. Communicate the resource schedule with relevant stakeholders daily and update the system within the agreed upon timeframes. Manage required Logistics equipment and systems for effective operational output. Maintain SLA and Service Delivery
