We are seeking a team coordinator to join our growing robotic lawnmower team at our depot in Forfar. This is an excellent opportunity to step into a new role and join a growing area of our business. This role oversees the daily activities and scheduling for robotic lawnmower team members within both our sales and service sides of the business.
The Role
Areas of responsibility:
- Coordinating the robotic lawnmower team by developing appropriate weekly schedules, taking into account the location of sites, travelling time and each staff member’s availability.
- Liaising with customers regarding installation, repair and site visit schedules and providing pre- and follow-up contact.
