Our Consumer Lending Team is looking for experienced professionals to join us at our head office in Bonifacio Global City (BGC) as Team Head, Admin & MIS.
The Team Head, Admin & MIS is involved in generating and overseeing the Management Information System (MIS) required by various department heads in Unsecured Credit Underwriting to track performance and productivity. The Team Head supervises the document imaging and storage of decided credit card and personal applications. S/he will also handle retrieval of any audit or complaint related requests.
What the role will entail
- The role requires a handful amount of micromanagement due to the variety of tasks managed by the position. Taking this into account, all tasks should be backed with updated MIS reports to aid in monitoring of all functions. <...
