**Schedule:** Mon – Fri, 4:00 AM – 2:00 PM, OT Required
**What You Will Do:**
This role leads day-to-day operations for DECON production line, driving safety, quality, and output performance. As a hands-on leader, you’ll guide a small team on the floor while ensuring production targets and operational standards are consistently met.

+ Coordinate workflow and support production employees throughout the shift
+ Monitor line performance and track key production metrics
+ Identify and resolve equipment, process, and staffing issues in real time
