We are looking for an experienced Team Lead to manage a team of 6 Back Office Associates for a 3-month fixed-term contract with an immediate start next week.

- Lead, coach, and develop a team of 6 Back Office Associates
- Monitor team performance, attendance, productivity, and quality metrics
