Responsibilities Delegate, train, and monitor the progress of all associates. Oversee sales, daily work flow strategies, and merchandising product. Ensure customers receive the highest level of customer service. Uphold store policies, safety procedures, and support management in daily operations. Support team members' personal development. Qualifications At least 2 years of previous retail management experience. Ability to lift 50 pounds consistently and stand/walk up to 8 hours per shift.
