Job Description
As a Collections Team Leader, you will be responsible for driving the achievements of collections targets and overseeing the daily operations of the collections team.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate a team of collections agents.
- Monitor team performance against targets.
- Develop and implement effective debt collection strategies.
- Provide coaching, training, and performance feedback to agents.
Qualifications
- Matric (Grade 12)
- 3 - 5 years’ experience in collections or debt recovery, of which 1 - 2 years are in leadership.
- Strong knowledge of debt collection processes
- Strong conflict resolution and problem-solving skills.
