Drive quality care at VON Canada as a Team Lead for Registered Practical Nurses in Ontario. This full-time role offers the chance to lead a skilled team delivering client-centric services.
You’ll be responsible for supervising care delivery, managing staffing, and supporting the healthcare team in a fast-paced environment. Regular team meetings will keep you and your team updated on performance indicators while providing a platform for enhanced teamwork. In addition to administration, you will perform assessments and provide hands-on personal care as required.
