Job Description
The Fund Oversight Team Lead is responsible for managing the oversight of third‑party service fund administrators/NAV Agents and lead a team responsible for ensuring accurate fund accounting, strong controls, and transparency across our retail investment products.
Position Responsibilities
- Lead the team based in Manila providing oversight of fund administrators, NAV Agents/custodians
- Review and challenge NAV calculations, financial statements, reconciliations, and key fund deliverables
- Ensure compliance with fund governing documents and regulatory requirements
- Manage, mentor, and develop a team of Fund Oversight professionals
- Act as escalation point for operational issues, errors, and breaches
- Responsible for staff resourcing, and capacity management
- Support audits, regulatory reviews, and internal governance reporting
- Drive continuous improvement in oversight processes and controls
