Roles & Responsibilities
● Ensuring profitable revenue
● Reviewing and assisting performance and taking appropriate action for redressal where needed
● Monitoring the work of the team by using daily reports
● Keeping an eye on the new developments and trends in line with the company's vision document
and priority.
● Responsible for team performance along with the manpower of 7-8 people initially
Qualification
● Graduate/Post Graduate in any discipline
● Overall 5+ years of experience in Institutional sales and 2+ years of experience in DLP (UG/PG
Programmes).
● 1+years of experience in Team Handling.
