Team Lead — Inside Sales & Sales Support

Behind every field sales relationship is an inside engine that keeps it running — taking orders, resolving issues, coordinating with operations, and making sure the customer never has to chase us. That engine needs a strong leader.
This role leads our tele-sales and sales support team of 8 and is the central nervous system between our customers and every internal department that touches their order.
What You'll Do
Lead, coach, and manage a team of 8 inside sales and sales support executives
Own customer service quality across inbound and outbound tele-sales interactions
Be the primary escalation point for customer complaints, order issues, and service failures
Coordinate daily with Operations on order fulfillment, delivery schedules, and exceptions
