Job Purpose The Team Lead, IT Quality Assurance Engineer plays a critical role in the successful execution of Tungsten Automation’s technology roadmap. In this role, you will be responsible for guiding and developing a high‑performing QA group while actively contributing to hands‑on testing, automation, and quality‑driven delivery. Acting in a player‑coach capacity, the role balances leadership responsibilities with direct technical participation, ensuring both the strategic direction and day‑to‑day execution of quality assurance activities are delivered with excellence.
