ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:-
1. Lead, mentor, and manage a team ofnaval architects and junior engineers.
2. Allocate tasks and monitor progressto ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
3. Conduct technical reviews and qualitychecks on work produced by the team.
4. Plan and coordinate navalarchitecture activities within project.
5. Prepare and manage schedules,budgets, and resource allocation related to naval architecture scope.
6. Ensure all deliverables meet clientrequirements and industry standards.
7. Oversee and contribute to hull formdesign, stability calculations, weight estimations and different types ofhydrostatic and hydrodynamic calculations.
