About the Role
We have an exciting opportunity for a Team Leader - Payroll Accounting . This role will be based in 6750 Building, Makati City, Philippines.
Responsibilities
- Ensure all Payroll General Ledger (GL) accounts are reconciled in compliance with Chevron Accounts Reconciliation Standards.
- Oversee and lead the execution of process migration activities and transformation projects impacting payroll accounting, including system deployments such as S/4HANA and BlackLine.
- Provide strong leadership and direction to the Payroll Accounting Team, ensuring timely, accurate, and compliant records and reporting across In-House and Outsourced payroll models.
- Guide the team through changing business and operating conditions, identifying opportunities to expand scope, standardize processes, and leverage best practices across workstreams and business units.
