The In-House F2F Team Leader supports WWF-Malaysia's individual fundraising programme by engaging the public through direct interactions to raise awareness and secure long-term donor support. The role focuses on acquiring new monthly donors, delivering accurate and compelling information about WWF's conservation work, and contributing to the organisation's fundraising and donor retention goals.
